Maxwell Waterwhril Breakout

Since I don't have necessary parts to build him, I used LDD to represent how I vision him to be in Breakout form. So as for the Hero, Maxwell Waterwhril is a Hero that likes water even on the risk of getting rust. He incorporates water into weapon arsenal and prefers to operate in water environment. He is a member of Alpha 2 Team. During the Breakout Maxwell got equipped with jet pack, shield and twin sword. And went on capturing villain Skylamander up in the skies of planet Skylaria.
